Transport residents safely to and from scheduled appointments and events.3. Assist residents in and out of the vehicles and to their scheduled appointments, ensuring that they have safely arrived.4. Ensure that all vehicles are clean and properly maintained.5. Keep current with state and facility required annual training.6. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:Education:High school or GED equivalent.Experience: 2 years’ experience as a driver.Skills:Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.Licensures and Certifications:Current First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license. WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift/push/pull/carry minimum of 50 lbs without assistance.Ability to lift/push/pull/carry minimum of 75 lbs with assistance.Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and stoop as needed. Equipment Used: Car and Passenger Bus Other Requirements: Must not have any major driving violations (DWI, homicide, reckless driving, drugs, leaving the scene) or two or more moving violations or one at fault accident in the last five years.
